Client Service Associate
As the daughter of immigrants, Yvonne had to rely on herself to make good educational, financial and career-related decisions. Believing that financial health is universal and affects everyone, she decided to attend business school to “educate myself on the important things in life and be able to educate others.”
In her role as client service associate at Scott Capital Advisors, Yvonne helps manage client questions and concerns to maintain positive relationships. She understands that finances can be a touchy subject and looks at interactions as relational, not transactional, to help clients feel comfortable expressing their needs and wants. She also assists with onboarding, ongoing data maintenance and daily processing to support established workflows.
Yvonne’s industry experience has centered around banking, investments and lending. Prior to joining Scott Capital Advisors, Yvonne was a personal banker at JP Morgan Chase and an administrative specialist at Sortis Holdings.
A self-starter, Yvonne is a first-generation college graduate. She earned two degrees from Oregon State University: a BS in finance and a BS in economics with a concentration in managerial economics.
Yvonne loves to cook, mostly Vietnamese, Chinese and Korean dishes, and enjoys spending time with friends/family and traveling (especially the West Coast and Hawaii).
